David, as always, has been brilliant this week. An extremely smart learner with a high amount of subject knowledge and a willing to work at all times. A pleasure to have had on course and someone who I have the upmost confidence will pass their exam and move on to excellent things within his job role.

Leon contributed well including verbally and worked well throughout the week. He was keen to help others and showed good knowledge.
ELLIOTT RAVENSDALE-BISHOP FROM EPX SOLUTIONS (L3 INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNICIAN)Elliot is a dedicated learner and tries his best to achieve. He interacted will the class both via the chat and mic functions. He continually demonstrated his growing understanding of the course by correctly answering questions and asking relevant questions. This is also backed by his high mock score.
GEORGE FOX FROM SOPRA BANKING SOFTWARE (L4 SOFTWARE DEVELOPER)
LUISA CHAPMAN FROM IDDE LIMITED (L3 DIGITAL MARKETING)
My Apprentice of the week was Luisa Chapman. Luisa achieved 90%+ consistently on mock exams and was the most actively involved and keen to learn in discussions.
HANNAH MYHILL FROM AVIVA (L4 SOFTWARE DEVELOPER)
Hannah is my learner of the week as she got the most out of the course and learned new things.
NIALL BALDRIDGE FROM IEVO LTD (L3 INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNICIAN)
Niall was the kind of person who didn’t really need me too much this week delivery-wise to understand this weeks' topic - he was already up to speed with ITIL and the whole Business Process idea and his workbook was technical and also full of content. Strong daily and mock scores too.
