We love to celebrate the success of our apprentices and the businesses they work for. Each year during National Apprenticeship Week we announce our Apprentice of the Year. Even though there can only be one winner, it’s a great opportunity for businesses to praise their apprentice and celebrate the benefits.
What’s the prize and when will it be announced?
This year the prize will be £100 in high street vouchers, an award and a certificate for the apprentice. We aim to announce the winner during National Apprenticeship Week (6th to 10th March).
Why should I nominate?
- Nominating an apprentice for this award can give them a boost in confidence
- You can use this nomination to display your commitment to apprenticeships during National Apprenticeship Week
- All nominations will feature on our website
- £100 in High Street vouchers for the apprentice
How can I nominate?
Simply send your written nomination to ApprenticeOfTheYear@baltictraining.com along with any evidence of your apprentice going above what is expected of them. This can include feedback from colleagues or assessors, evidence of targets they have exceeded or anything you think will support their nomination. We encourage nominations to include as much detail as possible. If you have any questions you can use the email above or send us a message on our contact page. Please note, only Baltic Training apprentices are eligible for this award.
When is the deadline?
The deadline for nominations will be the 3rd of March at 4:00pm.
How is the winner determined?
Senior members of Baltic Training will sit down and review all of the nominations including previous Apprentice of the Month winners. The nomination with the most votes will be declared the winner.
