It’s no secret that apprenticeships are a great way to grow and develop while getting worthwhile experience within a company.
Apprentices earn money
A benefit of becoming an apprentice is that you will earn while you learn. This means no student loans, no tuition fees, and no debt! You will be paid a salary from your employer, which could increase over the course of your apprenticeship if you are kept on in a full time role.
Apprentices have real world experience
Going to work is completely different to being in school or university. An apprenticeship is the best way to ease yourself into the working environment. As well as having everyone around you to guide you through your apprenticeship, they will also be helping you to fit into everyday working life.
Apprenticeships are more than just theoretical knowledge
Apprenticeships provide both practical and theoretical learning. Technical training will equip you with the knowledge required to complete your apprenticeship, but you will also have on the job training to make sure you excel in the workplace.
Apprenticeships help boost the economy
Apprenticeships are a great way to help grow and shape businesses. They‘re an excellent way to give young people an opportunity to grow and develop in the workplace. As training is funded by the government employers see a financial benefit, as well as an increase in productivity and retention of their staff.
Apprenticeships aren’t just for manual labour
Some believe that you should only do an apprenticeship if you are wanting a career in construction. However, we offer a range of apprenticeship programs in the IT and Digital sector. Meaning that there is an apprenticeship for everyone, regardless of the career path you want to take.
Apprentices can earn varied level of qualifications
Once you have completed your apprenticeship you will receive an industry recognised qualification. Our apprenticeships start at Level 3 which is equivalent to receiving an A-Level. We also offer the opportunity to progress onto a Level 4, which is equivalent to the first year of a foundation degree.
Apprenticeships are for everyone
While it is true that the tech industry has traditionally been male dominated, more women than ever are choosing to start a career in tech. We encourage all young people with an interest in IT, Software Development or Digital marketing to apply for our apprenticeships. If you’re ready to start your career, take a look at our vacancies.
