It’s no secret that apprenticeships are a great way to grow and develop while getting worthwhile experience within a company.

Apprentices earn money

A benefit of becoming an apprentice is that you will earn while you learn. This means no student loans, no tuition fees, and no debt! You will be paid a salary from your employer, which could increase over the course of your apprenticeship if you are kept on in a full time role.

Apprentices have real world experience

Going to work is completely different to being in school or university. An apprenticeship is the best way to ease yourself into the working environment. As well as having everyone around you to guide you through your apprenticeship, they will also be helping you to fit into everyday working life.

Apprenticeships provide both practical and theoretical learning. Technical training will equip you with the knowledge required to complete your apprenticeship, but you will also have on the job training to make sure you excel in the workplace.

Apprentices can earn varied level of qualifications

Once you have completed your apprenticeship you will receive an industry recognised qualification. Our apprenticeships start at Level 3 which is equivalent to receiving an A-Level. We also offer the opportunity to progress onto a Level 4, which is equivalent to the first year of a foundation degree.

While it is true that the tech industry has traditionally been male dominated, more women than ever are choosing to start a career in tech.
